The one and only album from this artist from Canada.
Robert Connolly did the bass, guitars, string ensemble, organ, piano, mini-moog, mellotron, synths and vocals here.
Some guests added their drums, bells, bass, guitars, flute and female vocals.
This album has gotten a semi-mythological status since it was released. Those few who owned a copy, before it became more widely available, hyped it's virtues and the music. Music very few had the chance to hear before the advent of internet and the music went online.
The music is pretty strange, indeed. It deserve's it's status.
The music is a mix of cosmic space rock and symphonic prog.
The German band Eloy is an obvious reference here. Robert Connolly's good vocals and the rest of the vocals here is the main difference. This album is also a bit more symphonic than Eloy's albums. Besides of that, Eloy is indeed a good reference.
The music is both epic, bold and melodic. The female vocals adds a lot weirdness and quality to this album.
This half an hour long album has a lot of interesting details and never really outstays it's welcome. The music is that good. This is also a charming album.
Check out this album.
