The tenth album from this band from Canada.
The band is this time a trio with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band is from the Quebec part of Canada. Their music is not Quebec fusion. Their music is not even influenced by this scene.
Red Sand is doing symphonic neo-prog and their ten album is indeed all in that vein.
The vocals are the usual good vocals from Steff and they carries this album. There are also some very good guitar solos here.
The music is pretty epic and symphonic too with a couple of very long tracks. The title track is divided into three pieces.
There is a lot of Genesis references this time around too. That does not hurt this album at all.
The result is a one hour long album and a good one too. My only gripe is the band's failure to write a killer track for this album. Nevertheless, neo-prog fans should get this album.
