Professor Tip Top - Lanes of Time (2021)

The seventh album from this Norwegian band.

The band is a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, synths and female vocals.

I have really liked their previous albums and was looking forward to this album.

The band is again taking their inspiration from the likes of Pink Floyd, Procul Harum, classical rock and some Canterbury prog like Caravan. There is also some Gazpacho in their sound and music.

There is also some post-rock vibes in their music.

The music is really laidback and half-acoustic. The vocals are very good.

There is also one psych/space rock workout on this album.

This album is forty minutes long and it offer some really good value for everyone who likes laidback progressive rock.

Norway is a country, a gift that continues to give and give to the progressive rock scene.
