The second album from this band from Sweden.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, sitar, organ, flute and vocals.
Two guests added percussion, bass and sitar.
Their debut album was pretty impressive and made me wanting more from this band. I am thankfully reviewing all their albums this fall.
The band plays a mix of psych rock, jazzy raga rock and Swedish folk rock. There are even some referances to Kaipa in their music.
The music is pretty much songs based. Verse, chorus, verse. The songs are quirky and twisting. The sitars and the organ gives the music a raga flavour at times.
The vocals is very good. Ditto for the sound. There is a lot of very quirky details here and they are really good.
The result is a very good album and one that everyone should check out.
