The eight album from this band from Great Britain.
The band was reduced to a trio with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, piano, mellotron and vocals.
The band re-appeared again after a long break with only Ricky Gardiner as the original member. They then released seven albums during five hectic years.
The music has also changed and it is only fair to say that Beggars Opera was three different bands with the same name. Confused ?
The music on this album is dominated by female vocals. The music is a mix of power pop, punk and the likes of Hawkwind, King Crimson and Pink Floyd.
Art rock, we will label it as.
The music on this sixty-five minutes long album is a bit of a grower as it is not really progressive rock. It feels a bit alien.
There is some good parts here and some not so good parts. And this album is an improvement on their heavy metal albums.
Check out this album.
