The debut album from this band from Norway.
The band is a sextet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This is a new band in the Norwegian progressive rock scene.
The band sprung out of the Rush tribute band Rusj. The band members has also played in bands like Misplaced Childhood, Millenya and Magic Pie. That and some local bands. The average age of the band members must be around fifty years old, I guess.
That is reflected in the music on this one hour long album. Music thoroughly rooted in the 1970s prog, psych and art rock scene. There are some hints of Dream Theater and hard rock too.
The music is very muscular and melodic. The vocals is beefy.... and good.
The result is a pretty impressive album. My only gripe is the missing great song or piece of music. Nevertheless, this is a good album.
