The third album from this band from Holland.
The band was a trio with a lineup of percussion, drums, bass, electric violin, electric cello, organ and minimoog.
A guest added a trumpet on one track.
I reviewed their first two albums back in 2020 for # 2 of this blog and I was not impressed by them. Both of them were very influenced by Camel.
The band continues to perform and release their brand of instrumental symphonic prog. Camel is again an influence. So is ELP too. There is though some more folk music and some more fusion influences from the like of Jean Luc Ponty.
There is a lot of electric violins and organs in their music. Ditto for minimoog and church organs.
The music on this three quarters of an hour long album is pretty epic and monumental at times. The music is also sometimes pretty gentle.
This is by far their best album. Although the music is sometimes a bit cheesy, it is still a good album and one to check out if symphonic prog and fusion is your thing.
