The debut album from this band from Turkey.
The band is a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
I got this album, mistook it for being one from Norway and put it in that folder. Nice way to start another month......
The music here is a mix of nu-metal, djent and heavy metal.
The vocals is melodic and clean. There is also some djent vocals here and the band is clearly inspired by the likes of Linkin Park.
The music is very commercial in other words and the target for this album is teenyboppers and those who likes their metal more nu and djent than traditional metal.
The music is pretty good although there is not anything remotely progressive or even progressive metal here.
I am not won over but this band should sell lots of albums based on the quality and the commercial potential here. Then again, the music business is not based on logic and I fear that their nationality and lack of marketing will mean this album not reaching it's potential. Shame.
