The second album from this band from Great Britain.
The band is a quartet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, keyboards, flute and vocals.
Some guests, including Robin Armstrong and Andy Tillison, added guitars, keyboards, male and female vocals.
I really liked their debut album and was hoping for something more from this band. I got my wish.
Neo-prog is the basis and base camp on this feventy-five minutes long album. Add a lot of art-rock and some psych rock too and you get this album.
There is a nice balance between vocals and instrumental music here. There are also some female vocals.
The music is pretty mid-tempo and in the British neo-prog tradition.
Seventy-five minutes..... Not everything works here and that is my main gripe here.
This is an OK'ish album with a mix of decent and good music. It is a slight disappointing album compared to the debut album.
