The debut album from this band from Switzerland.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This band released three albums between 1974 and 1976. A sort of a comeback album with some obscure left over tracks was released in 2007.
I am reviewing their first three albums this summer.
This band is most known as Marc Storace (born in Malta, btw) first band. He later formed Krokus, a pretty big heavy metal band and Switzerland's biggest musical export (besides of yodeling).
Tea was a more progressive rock band though. Heavy prog is the label here.
Marc's vocals is very good on some blues influenced hard rocking songs. Led Zeppelin springs to mind. The US hard rock and arena rock scene like Black Oak Arkansas and Grand Funk Railroad also springs to mind here.
The quality is pretty good throughout and this is an album for those into good, old hard rock. Check it out.
