The fifth album from this band from Glasgow, Scotland.
The band is a quartet with a lineup of percussion, drums, bass, guitars, electric violin, organ, electric piano, synths, whistle, samples and vocals.
This is a new name to me although I live pretty close to Glasgow, the biggest city in Scotland with a population of one million people.
Their music is no less than a revelation to me and I may go back and review more of their albums in due time.
Their music is a mix of acid folk, outer universe space rock, heavy psych rock and a lot of avant garde doom metal.
It is also both avant garde and progressive rock.
And the music both works and make a lot of sense.
Parts of the music is captivating. Other parts not so interesting.
The result is a good album who deserve a lot more attention.
Check it out.
