Piero, Ezio E Tino - Mi Chiamo Piero (1972)

The one and only album from this Italian band.

The band was a trio with a lineup of bass, guitars, keyboards, flute and vocals.

Two guests provided drums and woodwinds.

The band's name is the first names of the band members. This means Piero Cairo, Ezio Cristiani and Tino Negri.

This album has been promoted as Italian progressive rock and I am trying my best to review all Italian progressive rock albums.

That sometimes leads me astray.

This album is a mix of acid folk rock and pop music, the Italian way.

The music is pretty quirky at times and the melodies is not straight forward pop melodies.

The album does not have any good songs and hardly any decent songs either. I am not won over.
