The second album from this artist from Japan.
Ms Yumi Hara did the percussion, lever harp, pipe organ, piano, synths and vocals here.
She got help from a handful of guests who provided drums, percussion, bass, bass clarinet and clarinet.
Yumi Hara is based in London these days but has got help from musicians from Japan, USA and UK on this album. Chris Cutler is on drums on some on these compositions.
Although a couple of compositions has got vocals, it is natural to describe the eight tracks here as compositions and not as songs.
The music is a mix of eclectic prog and eclectic jazz. Hence no songs...
Some of the music is also leaning towards zeuhl. The main label here is RIO/avant-garde.
There is a lot of pipe organ and a lot of harps and synths.
The music is at time disharmonic and dissonant. The mood is a bit dark and fiendish.
Not everything here is good. Nevertheless, those into eclectic prog and jazz should check out this album.
