The debut album from this band from Hellas.
The band is a trio with a lineup of percussion, bass, guitars, strings, synths, programming and flute.
They had help from a handful of guests who provided drums, percussion, bass, guitars, strings, synths, kazoo and vocals.
This band is an offshot of the more famous band Verbal Delirium. This offshot has so far released two albums and I will review the second album before the end of the year.
The music was sold to me as symphonic prog.
Well, that is not so much the case here. There is some of it here. But most of the music is slow and ambient music with a lot of acoustic instruments.
There are some sporadic outbreaks of some more livelier music here. But there are not enough of that to label this as symphonic prog although the ambient music is pretty symphonic.
The result, this forty minutes long album, is not too bad. This is indeed a decent album and one worth checking out.
