The fifth album from this band from Norway.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of drums, bass, dulcimer, guitars, fiddle, mandolin, banjo and vocals.
Folque is regarded as the biggest folk rock band in Norway. Was at least until Lumsk arrived on the scene thirty years later.
Fredlos sees the band turning more towards traditional folk music again. There is some rock here but sadly no progressive rock.
The music is songs based and there is both male and female vocals here. Both of them are good.
The music is decent enough without really being impressive. The music is simply too primitive.
If folk music is your thing, this is an album well worth checking out.
