The fourth album from this band from Italy.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, violin, saxophones, flutes, piano and vocals. Male and female vocals.
The band had been reformed and they had their breakthrough with their previous two albums.
The band teamed up with the avant-garde jazz combo Area on this album.
The result is lively, to say at least.
We still get lots of folk music here. The vocals is both male and female.
The added saxophones and the added jazz gives this album a jazzy feel and sound. The vocals is hyper-busy too.
These forty minutes is pretty intense and busy. It leaves no prisoners. There is hardly a mellow minute on this album.
The result is a decent enough album. I am still to be won over.
