The debut album from this band from USA.
The band was a trio with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, synths, narration and vocals.
This band released this album on a small record label and that is the last thing we have heard from this band. They may still be around.... I hope.
The music on this sixty-six minutes long album can best described as a mix of both cinematic prog and neo-prog.
We get a lot of cinematic instrumental pieces here inbetween some neo-prog songs.
The sound and music is big, brash, epic and US like progressive rock. Which it is.... US prog rock.
There is a lot of good guitar riffs and solos. The vocals is good.
Not all the music is good and what is lacking is some better melodies and hooks. Not all the cinematic pieces is interesting or good. Hence, this album falls a bit short.
Nevertheless, this an acceptable debut album and I hope we hear a lot more from this band.
