The 29th album from this artist from Great Britain.
Steve Hachett did percussion, bass, mandolin, guitars and vocals here.
He got help from numerous guests who added drums, tar, bass, strings, woodwinds, guitar, programming, keyboards and vocals.
This is Steve Hackett finally releasing a concept album. I am not sure about the subject matter here. I am more interested in the music.
The music is what to expect from a Steve Hackett album.
Bombastic, epic and quite eclectic symphonic prog with lots of great guitars.
The music on this album has got both female and male vocals. Several well known artists and long time collaborators are adding their help to this album.
The guitars and the vocals are good. The songwriting.... OK, it is not his best album. It is still a good album but I had still expected a lot more from this album. It leaves me a bit disappointed...
