The band was a quintet on this album with a lineup of percussion, bass, guitars, cello, keyboards, synths, trumpet, flute, spoken words and vocals.
The band got help from a thirty piece big symphony orchestra.
You never really know what you get when listening to an album from this band. One of the more eclectic bands in the prog rock scene, btw.
Their love for the late Keith Emerson and his ELP has always been a constant factor in their music.
This seventy-five minutes long album sees them really go for an album pretty close to Keith Emerson's solo album and the ELP albums.
The vocals are good and the music is slightly cheesy. The small symphony orchestra adds a lot of muscles to these pieces of music on this album.
The songs are slightly crossing into the more cheesy musicals genre too. But most of the music is close to Emerson and ELP.
The result is a good album and an album Keith Emerson fans should and must check out.
