The 16th album from this British band.
The band is a quintet on this album with a lineup of keyboards, guitars, bass, drums, percussion and vocals.
Their 2020 album The Other Side, reviewed in #2 of this blog back in March 2020, was a good album and a return to form. Hence, I had some pretty big expectations to this album.
The album starts as a good old 1970s hard rock album and that makes me wonder what the rest of this half an hour long album will bring me.
The opening track, the title track is indeed a good rocker in the 1970s spirit.
That is the only fairly good song on this album.
The rest of the album is pretty decent middle of the road 1970s/80s rock. Some of the stuff here makes me cringe.
The vocals is good though and the best thing about this album.
This is among the two worst albums this band has ever released and you really have to be a Nektar fan to purchase this album.
