The third album from this band from Norway.
The band is a trio with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
Some guests added strings and woodwinds.
This band debuted with an album in the Canterbury prog genre. The band's second album had some more pop music. But it was still a good album.
The new album sees the band moving towards indie pop. There is still some Canterbury prog.... make that Canterbury jazz.... in their sound and music.
The lyrics are in Norwegian, in the dialect spoken in Bergen, Norway. The vocals are good.
Their music has lost most of the edge from their first two albums. It is still a pretty good album who still falls a bit short. The reason is that the songwriting has not been good enough here.
This is still an interesting album and well worth checking out.
