The band is duo of David and Richard Horn. The lineup is bass, guitars, keyboards and saxophones.
Numerous guests provided drums, percussion, guitars, duduk, strings, French horn, trumpet and vocals.
This band is a brand, spanking new band in the US and worldwide symphonic prog scene.
Their last year's debut album was quite a good album and I had high expectations to this album, Beyond The Beyond.
The music on this one hour long album is a mix of ELP and Camel like symphonic prog, some fusion and a lot of US movie and TV series soundtracks.
The music is big and bold. Everything is big and bold in USA and this album is no exception from that rule.
The quality is a bit between decent and good. The music is a bit wishy washy and blend. I hope the band will become a bit more exciting and add some more substance next time around.
