The debut album from this band from Spain.
The band is a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This is a new band and the album has been released through Bandcamp. That itself is a good move. The right move for new bands like Firemoon.
The band plays a mix of ambient space rock and progressive rock. Add some art rock too and some pastoral rock and you get the picture.
The band is not particular technical in their music. The basis is ambient, pastoral space and progressive rock in the vein of Pink Floyd. That band looms large in their music.
The vocals are good, but sometimes a bit heavy accented English. There is nothing wrong about singing in Spanish and the few times the vocalist does that, the vocals becomes a lot better. The vocals is still good, though.
The band does a good job too.
The songs are fairly good and that makes this fifty minutes long album an album well worth checking out for those seeking new talents in the scene. And aren't we all doing that ?
Check out this album.
