The fifth album from this band from Italy.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, violin, chapman stick, mellotron, keyboards, piano and vocals.
Andy Tillison did the vocals on one of the songs.
Moongarden is very probably the best neo-prog band from Italy. They have released ten albums.
The members of this band, which has evolved to a some sort of a super-group over the years, also run their own RPI bands too.
Moongarden has always had this British take on progressive rock and neo-prog. There are some RPI influences here though.
The songs are between three minutes and eleven minutes long. The album clocks in at seventy minutes too.
The music is pretty complex but yet pretty melodic. Andy's vocals on one of the tracks is noted and pretty funny, make that very good. The overall quality of the vocals is also very good.
There is no outstanding great songs here. This is a good album throughout and one to really please all neo-prog followers. Even fans of the 1970s symphonic prog scene will really enjoy this album.
