The second album from this band from Finland.
The band is a quartet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, keyboards, flute, saxophone, trumpet and vocals.
Two guests added bassoon and guitars.
I really like their 2022 debut album Threshold and gave it a good rating in my review in January last year.
I am therefore pleased to see them return again with a new album.
Their music is a mix of pomp rock and symphonic prog. Add some art-rock too and you get it.
The music is really elegant with some good vocals and vocal harmonies. The instruments is adding a lot of layers to their music and the album has got the best possible production (and budget).
The songs are all good to very good too. There are some breathtaking instrumental parts here too on this one hour long album.
The result is an upgrade on their debut album and a very good album indeed. This is a band well worth checking out, indeed.
