The debut album from this artist from Great Britain.
Steve Thorne did the bass, percussion, guitars and vocals himself.
He got help from numerous guests who added drums, bass, guitars, chapman stick, mandolin, keyboards, synths, flute and backing vocals.
Steve Thorne did not have a great career in other bands before he went solo. The list of famous guests are pretty long so he must have had a pretty high profile back then.
I got four of his in total seven albums and they are all up for reviews this summer.
The main theme here is singer/songwriter rock. That is with his instruments and vocals pretty much doing the majority of the work here.
There is also some neo-prog and folk rock influences in his take on rock music.
The proper opening track God Bless America is a good song and one to remember.
The rest of this one hour decent to good. The music is vocals dominated and the vocals is good.
This is a good debut album and it has made me hungry for more of his music.
