Dulcimer - And I Turned As I Had Turned As a Boy (1970)

The debut album from this British band.

The band was a trio with a lineup of percussion, bass, guitars, mandolin, dulcimer, woodwinds and vocals.

This obscure band has released six difficult to find albums. I got two of them and a review of my other album will follow next week.

The music on this album is acoustic folk rock. The band Magna Carta is a good reference.

The male vocals are good and there is also a lot of dulcimer here. The music is dominated by bass and acoustic guitars, though.

The songs are good and those into basic folk rock will really enjoy this album.

The music is not offering much of interesting details. Nevertheless, this is a decent album.
