The debut album from this band from Norway.
The band is a quintet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, organ, keyboards and vocals.
The art work normally tells a lot about what to expect from the music inside the packaging/art-work. Hence, it pays to put some efforts into that part of the album. Something Molten Gold has done.
The album was recorded before the pandemic closed down everything. The album has now been releaesed on CD, LP and on Bandcamp.
The music is a return to the 1970s hard rock, stadium rock and heavy prog. This is both a retro and a contemporary album. It is rock album too.
The organ sound is wonderful. The vocals is really good. Ditto for the guitars and the sound is both contemporary and retro... the 1970s sound.
The music also sounds refreshing and cool.
The songs are very good and engaging. They are also full of interesting details, hooks and riffs.
This is an album all fans of 1970s hard rock and stadium rock should check out.
