The one and only album from this band from Norway.
The band was a trio with a lineup of sarod, bamboo flute, sitar, tablas, guitar, sitar and vocals.
Three guests added drums, percussion, bass and organ.
Norway has given us some strange albums and music. This album is one of the more strange ones... if not the strangest one.
Two Norwegian students in Bergen, the second largest town in Norway, meets a student from India. The result is this band.
The result is also raga-rock.
Take Indian instruments like sitar and tablas. Add them to some folk rock and you get raga rock albums like this album.
An half an hour long album, no less.
And this meeting between India and Norway in this small town called Bergen really works. There is plenty of sitar and vocals here. Both male and female vocals.
This album is one heck of a charmer and a good album. It is an album which sits neatly in a collection of Norwegian progressive rock. Fans of this scene should really get this album.
