The third album from this band from Norway.
The band is a trio with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars and vocals.
This band has been a true underground heavy metal band since their debut album back in 2015. They came to my attention when a Norwegian magazine described their music as heavy metal with classic prog influences.
Hence I got this album for review.
The music is a mix of heavy metal and hard rock. There is some psych rock and progressive rock influences here.
The album becomes less and less heavy metal orientated for every minute of this forty minutes long album. The final piece of music is a ten minutes rather art-rock, psych rock and progressive rock influenced hard rock song.
This album is a bit strange. Then it hits me..... Thin Lizzy. There is a lot of that band in their music. Hence their music being so strange and untraditional.
The quality of the music is also decent enough. This album will not find many takers among prog rock fans. But fans of traditional hard rock should check out this album.
