Out Of The Beardspace - Like Moths to a Flame (2022)

The third album from this band from USA.

The band is a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.

I have had the pleasure of reviewing this New York band's first two albums for # 2 of this blog and I quite liked them. So I jumped on the chance to review their brand new album.

The band gives us forty minutes of some really quirky progressive rock.

Parts of the music is pretty eclectic. The music does have a very playful feel and it is indeed very playful. It has lots of strange melody lines. Most of it is pretty jazzy.

The music is also bohemian as in the New York folk rock/rock/jazz scene. It has New York written all over it.

New York is a very pulsating place and that is reflected in this album.

The result is a good album from a band with a strange name and who, over three albums, has given us some quirky music.

Check out this album.... and this band.
