The debut album from this band from Italy.
The band is a sextet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, harp, flute, keyboards and vocals.
This band was a Banco Del Muteo Soccoroso tribute band before they started to write their own stuff and released it as this album on an Italian label.
The band is still sticking to classic RPI - Rock Progressive Italiano.
And that is a good choice, indeed.
The band is still very much in the Banco Del Muteo Soccoroso vein too. They have not forgotten these greats and their influences are with them even on their own self-composed stuff. The difference is that the songs on this one hour long album sounds updated and as written and recorded last year or even this year.
The music is mellow and there is a lot of very good vocals and guitar solos throughout this album. Some of the songs are really long and epic. They are also soaring and bold.
Italy has again managed to come up with a new, great band a debut album.
There is no killer tracks here. Nevertheless, this is a very good album indeed.
