Mike Oldfield did a synth guitar on this album.
He had help from a symphony orchestra, a choir, female vocalists and a drummer.
Mike Oldfield wanted to create an album where each era of the mankind's life and development was documented in music. No lack of ambitions here.......
The album is forty-five minutes long and it got a lot of electronica, neo-classical music and choral music.
There is a lot of huge variations between the tracks/the eras of the mankind.
And the result makes me cringe.
There is some half decent stuff here and that is the best I can say about this bloated piece of music.
Avoid.
