The one and only album from this band from USA.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, organ, keyboards and vocals.
This band from the New Jersey area was regarded as the new big hope in the US rock scene for a while. They were snapped up by one of the major record labels, RCA, and everyone thought the band would break USA and the world.
That did not happen and this album is their one and only album.
The music is psych rock. Hard rocking psych rock with some blues and soul influences. There are also some more gentle rock and pop here. The vocals harmonies are good.
The sound and the vocals is good. There is no real killer tracks here and I believe this is the reason why this album did not break the band.
This album sounds pretty good anno 2023 and this is another gem unlocked from the vast amount of albums released during the last fifty years.
