The third and final album from this band from Switzerland.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This band is mostly known as the band where Marc Storace, later in Krokus and solo-career, cut his teeth.
After a not so bad debut album, their second album was a turkey. The band mixed disco, hard rock and rock on that album. It is an album who makes the listener cringe and run for the mute button.
No expectations for Tax Exile, then........
The disco has thankfully gone. The band went a bit more commercial hard rock and arena rock. Catchy songs replaced the mishmash that was the second album.
The result is a small, but notable improvement in form. The result is an half decent album who may have done the band a lot of favours back then but feels a bit cheap and outdated today.
Tea is not a band that has impressed me. Hard rock fans may want to give their first album a try.
